This document outlines the process for applying to the OpenChain Community of Conformance Program, along with onboarding and annual review for program participants.

Application

Interested parties must apply at https://openchainproject.org/conformance-submission. The form is received by the OpenChain Staff for review. OpenChain Staff will manage all applications submitted.

Approval

The OpenChain Staff will review the application via email, and respond within five business days to confirm acceptance.

Onboarding

The OpenChain Staff will send out a welcome email, outlining the next steps, namely.

• Adding the company logo to the Community of Conformance Page ( https://openchainproject.org/community-of-conformance )
• Requesting company information and a quote for a blog post announcement.
  • Once posted on the blog, it will be amplified on OpenChain social media channels.

Annual Review

On an annual basis, the OpenChain Staff will review all program participants who have been part of the Community of Conformance Program longer than one year, and ensure the company information is accurate and the company still wishes to be part of the Community of Conformance Program.
